Delivery time and shipping costs
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are determined by zone and are visible at checkout.
The shipping cost within the Netherlands is € 4,95 per order. We offer free shipping for Dutch, Belgium and German customers on orders above € 75.
We also offer free shipping within Europe on all orders above € 150 and worldwide on orders over € 250,00. Please note: Customers outside EU are responsible for any/all Duty and Customs Fees.
Please note: depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Lune Active cannot accept liability.
You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
We strive to deliver the items within the following delivery times:
Netherlands 1-3 business days
Belgium 2-4 business days
Germany 3-5 business days
Other EU countries +/- 7 business days
International or outside EU +/- 7-12 business days
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 5 pm typically ship the same day. All orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped the following business day. For customer protection, all orders are subject to review.
Please note: We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time.
We provide worldwide shipping to our customers. The shipping costs are upon request. Please contact us at [email protected] or call +31 (0)857430665. Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Keep in mind that deliveries outside the EU are subject to additional fees. IMPORTANT: Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country. REVIVE will not be held responsible for these or any other additional costs.

Cancel or change order?
We start processing orders immediately, therefore in most cases we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. If you made a mistake in your order, wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact our customer service team ASAP.
Please note that items like socks and face masks cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
