We strive to make our customers happy, but it can occur that you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase. Don’t worry! If the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged (i.e. in its original state and including all hangtags and labels) you can return them to us within 14 days of purchase. Within that time frame, we are happy to process your return. However, after the 14-day mark, items can no longer be returned for refund.
All returned items should be free of excessive wrinkling, human or animal hair, deodorant marks, lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne and packed in a decent packaging.
When you return an item, make sure to keep you receipt and tracking number as proof of shipping.
Remember that when returning, you need to fill out and sign the return form and also include the original invoice. Without these documents we are not able to process the returned items. For international returns, we would like to emphasize the following description clearly stated on the airwaybill and the packaging: Returned goods, no commercial value.

The costs for the return are unfortunately not refunded by REVIVE, provided we have delivered a wrong, damaged or defective product.
REVIVE will gladly offer a full refund on online orders within 14 days from receipt of goods. However, sales items are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund or credit.
We strive to refund within 30 days.
Please note – original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for shipping costs to return goods.
If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and place a new order for the correct item or the item you are looking for. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items. As soon as we receive your return shipment we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
REVIVE takes great pride in the production of our items, however damages or manufacturing defects do occur from time to time. Should you receive an item that is faulty we will gladly replace or refund, subject to availability.
Should you receive a faulty item, please be sure to contact email@example.com and provide photos of the damage.
Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by REVIVE. We will bear these costs if we have delivered the wrong or faulty product.
